Your role within this international organisation will be to provide support to customers who are experiencing issues with their products. This role requires an individual with an interest in technology and enjoys solving problems and speaking to customers all around the world. In return, the company offers you world class training and experience, representing one of the world’s leading technology brands. Some of the tasks you will undertake daily include:
•Providing support to customers who are experiencing technical issues with their products
•Maintain a high level of technical product knowledge in the specified products and become knowledgeable in new products as assigned
•Use troubleshooting techniques where required to solve customer problems effectively
•Log all client complains/issues/queries into the company’s CRM and record any actions taken to address them
•Work well as part of a team in order to meet goals and achieve set targets
•Fluent in German and English both written and verbal
•University degree/diploma in a Technical subject area and/or Technical support work experience equivalent
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
•Good technical knowledge and understanding of server computer architecture
•Can adapt to the fast paced technology environment which is always changing and updating
•Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills – analytical thinker
•Good communication skills both written and verbal
•Ability to work in a time critical environment and thrive in a target driven environment
