This role is for a huge TV and broadband provider that serves over 2 million households! They are currently looking for Swiss German speakers to help support their Swiss customer base. Your role will be to provide customer support via both phone and e-mail telephone with regards to any issues they may be facing with their broadband/TV packages etc. In order to do our client is looking for someone who is patient, understanding and who has the ability to handle a large number of calls. This will not only increase your customer service skills, but also your international experience in many areas of the trade. Tasks you will undertake daily are:
• Providing customer support via both phone and e-mail
• Conducting follow-up activities with customers
• Being able to think on your feet about how to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swiss German
• Excellent computer literacy e.g. MS office and knowledge of the internet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Previous customer service or call centre experience would be a bonus!
