You will be representing a world-leading car manufacturer who requires a Customer Assistance Consultant  with language abilities in order to address their expanding international markets for brand new models hitting the market right now. This organisation provides a contemporary working environment with a diverse team based in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Your Challenge

You will be responsible for receiving inbound customer calls, dealing with any requests or issues that could range from organising emergency services to helping drivers find their way to an important meeting or holiday destination. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Help drivers navigate through Europe with queries on everything from directions to their hotel, to queries about how far the nearest gas station is. Conducts outbound marketing calls on a scripted basis, which are predominantly routine and require limited response adaptation only   Initiates customer fulfilment requests via standard procedures and/or third party contact Reads and researches relevant materials and resources to stay current in programmes and products information Evaluates need for call escalation and may forward problem calls to specialist or team leader

Your Resume

Previous experience within a contact centre environment is advantageous but not essential Native or near native fluency in Swiss French  High school diploma thorough understanding of Swiss culture. Multilingual capability preferred. Customer service excellence – enjoys direct contact with customers by telephone and understanding the customers needs, displays diplomacy, is polite, remains calm, listens, and apologises where necessary, always portrays a professional & positive image to the customer IT literate Great communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Sensitivity and professionalism to deal with pressurised situations calmly and responsively
