Your Challenge 

Your role will be to provide high end Customer Support to customers who might face issues with their products, experience difficulties during their online purchase or who might seek your advice on the latest collection. Anything you can do to help the customer have a positive shopping experience with Michael Kors is your top priority.

Your resume

•Fluent in German 

•Customer Service experience

•interest in fashion or previous retail experience working would be advantageous
