As a Training and Quality Manager you will liaise with many internal departments as your main job will be to develop the operational staff by providing coaching, support and constructive feedback. This means you will need to be able to create and review training materials and have a patient and empathetic nature.
• previous line management experience
• Strong knowledge of quality methodology
• Experience of delivering training and coaching including strong methodology
