Your challenge 

Your role will be to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. You will be responsible for providing incident resolution for customers; this will require a caring, understanding and technically skilled individual. In return you will receive excellent training, experience with a multinational company and a highly enviable working environment. Some of your daily tasks will include:

•    Providing support to customers who are experiencing technical issues with their service via telephone and email
•    Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in the specified area and become knowledgeable in new programs as required
•    Use troubleshooting techniques where required to solve customer problems effectively

Your Resume

•    Fluent in French
•    Previous technical support experience
•    Excellent communication skills and highly customer orientated 
•    Ability to describe technical information to a non-technical audience
