This position is representing a huge mobile game developer who have offices all around the world, including Finland, San Francisco and Asia. They are looking for German speakers to help support their German customer base. Your role will be to provide customer support via phone, email and in-app chat with regards to any issues that they may be facing. Our client is looking for someone who is patient, understand and who has the ability to handle a large number of calls. This will not only increase your customer service skills, but also your international experience in many areas of the trade. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
•Providing excellent customer service support
•Assisting customers with any queries such as downloads, bugs, registration and account questions
•Resolving any technical issues
•Regular contact with the HQ In Helsinki
•Fluent in both written and spoken German
•An interest in gaming
•Excellent computer literacy
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Previous experience in customer services within a call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential
