As part of this hands on role within a customer service department, you will Supervise a small and growing team of support professionals who are assisting individual and/or corporate customers with technical and administrative problems with a well known Rental Service and APP. In addition to hands on support and team performance management and analysis you will have reporting responsibilities using advanced excel and powerpoint skills, liaison with the technical development team, team scheduling, and will help shape the training programme for the French market.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience in a management/supervisory position as well as expertise in training delivery. You should enjoy working under pressure as the start up environment is constantly evolving and requires excellent problem solving and communication skills to improve and develop products and internal processes. Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills are essential for this role
