Product Support Analyst (German)

Delegate International are now working with this impressive team based in Dublin, you will be working on their client’s site in a leading central Dublin business park, representing a huge well-known brand.
We are ideally looking for applicants who are already located in Ireland or who are willing to relocate independently. However we are willing to discuss with all suitably skilled applicants
Full training is given however the following skills are essential:
Fluent in written and verbal German and English
You will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position (online operations)
Experience troubleshooting, hardware and software Experience in a Technical Support focused environment will be advantageous
Be IT literate and have experience in using Microsoft packages and good knowledge of operating systems/servers: Windows 98/2000/2003, XP
Experience with Double Click an advantage
