Irish News announce Delegate International Recruitment as Recruitment Innovator of the Year 2013.
Multilingual recruiter, Delegate International, picked up the coveted ‘Recruitment Innovator of the Year’ award at a gala dinner for more than 450 guests held at the prestigious Titanic Belfast last night.
Announcing the winner BBC Journalist Karen Patterson said “As Northern Ireland’s only multilingual agency, our winner has developed an export-focused business servicing clients in more than a dozen countries. Its business model addressed the natural globalisation trend and the increasingly adventurous and mobile job seeker, while simultaneously improving service and choice for clients.”
Now in its fourth year trading the Delegate team has proactively developed a number of creative initiatives, interfaced technological advantages and processes to set it apart from competitors right across Europe. Director Anne Murphy commented “This is an especially meaningful award for Delegate as from our very first day of trading we have strived to develop a fresh approach within a mature and flooded industry.
“The technology we have integrated is unmatched anywhere in the market currently, combining multimedia cv’s, job tours, destination selling and tracking information for a virtual format. However it isn’t all about our technology, the agency structure, process development, training approaches, partnerships and export focus have helped take the business away from a conventional agency format. We’re very proud to receive this award in recognition of our unique approach, especially as there was strong competition in the category from some of the best known multinational agencies and job sites in the region.”
